Toronto Health Innovation Week is back for a second consecutive year, taking place between April 9-13, 2018. This five-day event provides a space for great Canadian minds to come together and discuss the future of technology within the health industry. Toronto Health Innovation Week is presented by MaRS and TOHealth and is additionally fueled by dozens of notable partners and sponsors such as the University of Toronto, Telus, and Life Science Nation.
Last year Toronto Health Innovation Week was a huge hit! The top-attended events included RESI on MaRS bringing in 620 people. This included 330 investors from 12 different countries and 124 companies! The MaRS HealthKick Challenge caught the attention of 170 attendees, 15 different companies and 155 investors/strategic, corporate partners and sponsors. Other notable events that had over 350 people in attendance were Impact Health, MEDEC MedTech Conference and the THIW Reception.
"Congratulations on a hugely successful Toronto Health Innovation Week. I think it was a pretty remarkable week and everyone I know who participated was very happy that they did. The program for the week was particularly impressive. Thank you for doing this for our community and for our city. I am looking forward to next year."
